Add a floating button that opens a WhatsApp conversation with your business.
The WhatsApp feature adds a floating button to your website. When a visitor taps it, WhatsApp opens with your number and an optional pre-filled message in the compose box. It's a click-to-chat link: simple, direct, and effective for small businesses.
Before you begin
- The WhatsApp phone number for your business, in full international format
- The button position you prefer (bottom right or bottom left)
- Optional: a short pre-filled message, e.g. “Hi, I'd like to ask about…”
