Tally forms
Embed a public Tally form for surveys, applications, contact, or lead capture.
The Tally feature embeds a public Tally form directly on your website. Use it for contact forms, event registrations, surveys, applications, or anything else Tally does well.
Before you begin
- A Tally form with sharing enabled
- The public share link to that form

Test the result
Publish the update, submit a test response on the published site, then check the response appears in your Tally workspace. Form responses are handled entirely by Tally.
