ConvertCalculator quote calculator

Connect your ConvertCalculator calculator to show interactive estimates on your website.

Use ConvertCalculator to define your questions, formulas and prices. Adaptar connects the calculator using its public Calculator ID and displays it in a framed widget that keeps its styling separate from the rest of the page.

Before you begin

  • Create a calculator that is ready for visitors in ConvertCalculator.
  • Check its formulas, currency and required inputs, and publish your changes in the provider.
  • Choose the calculator's fonts and colours in ConvertCalculator so it suits your website.

Find your Calculator ID

ConvertCalculator's embedding guide shows the Share > Embed steps and the data-calc-id value. Copy that ID into Adaptar; Adaptar handles the embed code.

  1. 01

    Open your calculator

Select the calculator in your ConvertCalculator dashboard.

  2. 02

    Open the embed settings

Choose Share → Embed. If asked for a platform, select Other.

  3. 03

    Copy the ID

Find data-calc-id in the calculator container and copy only its value, without quotation marks or the surrounding HTML. Keep the letter case unchanged.

Add it in Adaptar

  1. 01

    Open your project

Start from a generated website in the workspace, then open + → Site features.

  2. 02

    Choose ConvertCalculator

Open Calculators, find ConvertCalculator, and select Add to website.

  3. 03

    Enter your settings

Fill in the fields below and select Add to website. Adaptar updates the website and checks the implementation. This uses normal generation credits.

  4. 04

    Review and publish

Wait for the update to finish, review it in preview, then publish the verified revision. Test the provider's behaviour on the published page as well.

Configuration

SettingRequiredWhat to enter
Calculator IDYesThe data-calc-id value from your calculator's embed code; not a URL or API key

Adaptar uses the framed display automatically. Manage the calculator's questions, prices and internal appearance in ConvertCalculator. The website includes an Open calculator fallback link.

Test the result

  1. Publish the Adaptar revision and confirm the intended calculator appears.
  2. Run examples with known totals and compare the results with your provider preview.
  3. Test required fields, long results and mobile layout. If the site has multiple pages, leave the page and return to check the widget loads again.
  4. Test any configured lead collection in ConvertCalculator separately. Showing a price does not confirm an order or payment.

Troubleshooting

IssueWhat to check
The ID is rejectedCopy only data-calc-id. Adaptar accepts 8–64 letters, numbers, underscores or hyphens, with no spaces.
The calculator is missingCheck the ID, publication state and provider limits. Try the fallback link and a browser without a content blocker.
An old calculator appearsUpdate the Calculator ID in Adaptar and publish the new revision.
Fonts or prices differ from your websiteSet the internal fonts and formulas in ConvertCalculator; the framed widget keeps its own settings.

Edit or remove the feature

To change the connected destination, reopen Site features, choose Update on the feature, change its settings, and select Update website. Review and publish the new revision. To remove it, choose Remove and confirm Remove feature, then publish the resulting revision.

Removing an embed from Adaptar does not delete its content, cancel a provider subscription, or disconnect accounts in the provider's dashboard. Changes made within the provider may appear without an Adaptar update; changing the public ID or link requires updating Adaptar too.
