Juicer social feed

Show posts from your connected social accounts through a Juicer feed on your website.

Bring your social content onto a promotional page using Juicer. Connect and curate the accounts in Juicer, then give Adaptar the public feed name. Visitors can view the embedded feed without an Adaptar account.

Before you begin

  • Create a Juicer feed and connect the social sources you want to display.
  • Choose the posts, moderation settings and design in Juicer.
  • Use Juicer's new feed design. Adaptar uses the current feed-specific embed, not the older embed.js and embed.css format.

Find your feed name

Juicer's embed guide shows the feed-specific script. If you still see the older format, follow Juicer's new-feed migration instructions first.

  1. 01

    Open the feed

Select your feed in Juicer and choose Embed.

  2. 02

    Find the feed-specific script

In the standard embed code, find the www.juicer.io script address containing /embed/ and ending in /embed-code.js.

  3. 03

    Copy only the feed name

Copy the part between /embed/ and /embed-code.js, such as your-brand. This is the public slug, not a social username, numeric account ID or dashboard display title.

Add it in Adaptar

  1. 01

    Open your project

Start from a generated website in the workspace, then open + → Site features.

  2. 02

    Choose Juicer

Open Reviews & social, find Juicer, and select Add to website.

  3. 03

    Enter your settings

Fill in the fields below and select Add to website. Adaptar updates the website and checks the implementation. This uses normal generation credits.

  4. 04

    Review and publish

Wait for the update to finish, review it in preview, then publish the verified revision. Test the provider's behaviour on the published page as well.

Configuration

SettingRequiredWhat to enter
Feed nameYesThe public feed slug: lowercase letters, numbers and internal hyphens, without spaces or a full URL

The page displays your feed and a View social feed fallback link. Manage sources, posts, moderation and provider branding in Juicer. Adaptar does not need the passwords or access tokens for your social accounts.

Test the result

  1. Publish the revision and confirm the posts match your intended Juicer feed.
  2. Check mobile layout and open a post. Test pagination or overlays if enabled in your feed.
  3. Navigate away and return if your site has multiple pages, then test the fallback link.
  4. If posts are missing, compare with the Juicer dashboard and check whether a connected social account needs reconnecting.

Troubleshooting

IssueWhat to check
The feed name is rejectedPaste only the slug from the embed code. Adaptar accepts up to 100 characters; it must start and end with a lowercase letter or number.
Embed still shows the old code formatSwitch the feed to Juicer's new design. If that option is unavailable, ask Juicer to enable it before connecting this integration.
Dashboard changes do not appearCheck that the new feed design is enabled, the slug is correct and your social connections are current. Then refresh the published page.
The feed stopped after renaming itChanging the feed URL in Juicer changes the slug. Copy the new slug into Adaptar and republish.
Preview is emptyCheck the published page as well. Protected previews, content blockers and provider access restrictions can affect embeds.

Edit or remove the feature

To change the connected destination, reopen Site features, choose Update on the feature, change its settings, and select Update website. Review and publish the new revision. To remove it, choose Remove and confirm Remove feature, then publish the resulting revision.

Removing an embed from Adaptar does not delete its content, cancel a provider subscription, or disconnect accounts in the provider's dashboard. Changes made within the provider may appear without an Adaptar update; changing the public ID or link requires updating Adaptar too.
