Understanding generation progress

What's happening while Adaptar builds your site, and how to know when it's done.

While Adaptar generates, the workspace shows live progress: what's being built, which files are being written, and when the site is ready to review. You don't need to do anything during this time.

The stages you'll see

Adaptar's generation stages: writing code, generating images, restoring the preview, and verifying

Adaptar's generation stages: writing code, generating images, restoring the preview, and verifying
  1. 01

    Writing code

Adaptar composes your website files: pages, components, and styles. The artifact card shows each file as it's written.

  2. 02

    Generating images

Requested imagery is created or selected for your sections, heroes, and galleries.

  3. 03

    Restoring the preview

The generated website is loaded into the live preview so you can interact with it.

  4. 04

    Verifying

Adaptar checks that the site loads and works. When checks pass, the generation is saved as a verified revision.

When a generation fails

If something goes wrong, Adaptar shows a preview error notice: never raw technical detail. Your last verified revision stays untouched as the safe baseline. You can simply retry, or rephrase your request and try again.
