Calendly booking
Let visitors book time with you through your Calendly event types: inline or from a floating button.
The Calendly feature adds a booking experience to your website. Visitors choose an available time from your Calendly event types and book directly: no back-and-forth emails.
Before you begin
- A Calendly account with at least one public event type
- The link to the event type you want to offer
Configuration
| Setting | Required | What to enter |
|---|---|---|
| Calendly event URL | Yes | Link to a public event type, e.g. calendly.com/your-name/30min |
| Embed style | No | Inline on the page, or opened from a floating button |
| Button label | No | Used for the floating style, e.g. “Book a call” |
Test the result
Publish the update, open the published site, and confirm the correct event loads. Select an available time and complete (or cancel) a test booking, then check the booking appears in your Calendly account.
